Track by courier
Want the details for one courier? Each page explains its tracking numbers, what the updates mean and what to do if a parcel stalls.

Where to find your tracking number
Your tracking number is on the proof of postage or booking confirmation. If someone sent you a parcel, ask the sender. They got the number when they booked.
What the tracking updates mean
Couriers word things differently. Most updates fall into one of these stages.
| Update | What it means |
|---|---|
| Label created | The sender has booked it. The courier has not got the parcel yet. |
| Collected or received | The courier has the parcel. It is in their network. |
| In transit | It is moving between hubs. Updates can pause for a day at this stage. |
| At delivery depot | It has reached the depot nearest the address. |
| Out for delivery | It is on a van and should arrive today. |
| Delivered | It has been handed over, left in a safe place or signed for. |
| Delivery attempted | Nobody was in. Check the card or email for next steps. |
Tracking not updating?
A quiet tracking page is normal for a day or so. Parcels are only scanned at set points, not every mile.
- 01
Wait one working day past the delivery estimate before you worry
- 02
Check the number for typos. Letters like O and 0 are easy to mix up
- 03
If it was posted late in the day, the first scan may not show until the next morning
Still nothing?
