How much does it cost to send a parcel in the UK?
Prices start from £2.95 for a small tracked parcel. Your exact price depends on size, weight, route, and speed, and it is shown in full, VAT included, before you pay.
Are the prices final?
Yes. The quote price includes VAT and any applicable surcharges. The price you see is the price you pay.
Why is Parcel Match cheaper than the Post Office counter?
We use wholesale carrier rates with a small platform fee already included, with no counter overheads and no subscription, so you get big-sender prices on a single parcel.
Is there a monthly fee or subscription?
No. You pay per parcel, on both personal and business accounts.
Do you charge more for collection?
No. Drop-off and collection are the same price. Some collection-only services may be priced separately by the carrier.
Can I get a VAT invoice or receipt?
Yes. Every booking has a downloadable receipt, and business accounts get monthly PDF statements and downloadable invoices for accounting.
How do wallet bonuses work?
