Questions

Delivery service questions

Still stuck? Our UK team replies in minutes.

What is the cheapest delivery service?

A drop off service on a two or three day speed is usually cheapest. Small tracked parcels start from £2.95, VAT included.

What is the difference between drop off and collection?

With drop off, you take the parcel to a shop, Post Office or locker. With collection, a driver picks it up from you. Drop off is usually cheaper.

Can I get proof of delivery?

Yes. Choose recorded delivery or a signed for service and the recipient signs on delivery.

Do I need a printer?

No. Some services give you a QR code to show at the drop off point instead.
