Help and frequently asked questions
Real peopleMon–Fri, 9–5 GMT
Do I need an account to send a parcel?
No. You can compare prices, book, pay, and track without an account. Sign up later if you want to save addresses or earn wallet bonuses.
How quickly do I get a quote?
Two postcodes and a parcel size, typically under two seconds for a full comparison across every carrier we support.
How much does it cost to send a parcel in the UK?
Prices start from £2.95 for a small tracked parcel and depend on size, weight, route, and speed. Enter two postcodes for an exact, VAT-included quote in two seconds.
Which carriers can I compare?
Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, Parcelforce, UPS, DHL, Yodel, Whistl, and more. Every major UK courier on one page.
Are the prices final?
Yes. The quote price includes VAT and any applicable surcharges. The price you see is the price you pay.
Can I get a courier to collect?
Yes. Tick the collection box on the quote form and we will only show services that include door-to-door pickup.
Where can I drop my parcel off?
Local Post Offices, parcel shops, and lockers, depending on the carrier you pick. We list the nearest options after booking.
Can I send a parcel without a printer?
Yes. Some carriers offer label-free drop-off, where you scan a QR code at the drop-off point and the label is printed for you.
What if I miss the courier?
Most carriers re-attempt automatically the next working day. You will get an email with the new attempt window.
How do I track my parcel?
Use the public tracking page and paste your tracking number from the booking confirmation. We pull the latest event from the carrier in real time.
Will I get notifications?
Email and optional SMS at every major step: booked, dispatched, out for delivery, and delivered. You opt in during checkout, and we do not spam.
Are there things I cannot send?
Yes. Every carrier has a restricted-items list, such as weapons, lithium batteries, perishables, and hazardous goods. We show a warning at quote time and a hard block at booking for anything clearly prohibited.
What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
We help you raise a claim with the carrier. Standard cover varies by carrier, and the details are shown on each service before you book.
Can I get a refund?
If the parcel has not been collected yet, you can cancel and get refunded. Once it is in transit, refunds depend on carrier policy and the outcome of any claim.
How do I apply for a business account?
From the Business page, click Apply. We need your name, email, password, and company name. Approval is usually within one working day.
What does a business account unlock?
Bulk CSV upload, batch labels in one ZIP, a prepay wallet with bonuses, monthly statements, team logins, and negotiated rates.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay per parcel, just like a personal account.
Quick reference

Prohibited & restricted items: a quick guide

Each carrier publishes its own restricted and prohibited list, and we show the relevant warning at quote time. As a general guide, the following are commonly restricted or banned across UK couriers.

Always check the carrier’s list before you book. We flag obvious prohibited items at quote time and block them at booking.
  • Weapons, ammunition, and replica firearms
  • Lithium batteries and devices that contain them, unless the carrier permits with conditions
  • Perishable food and plants
  • Flammable, corrosive, or otherwise hazardous goods
